Refund Policy

At Perfect&Basic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, you can request a refund under the following conditions:

Timeframe to Request a Refund
You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return and refund for one or more items.

Refund Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

  • Retain original tags and packaging.

  • Show no signs of wear, stains, odors, or alterations.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

How to Request a Refund
Email us at contact@perfectandbasic.com with your order number, the reason for the return, and the items you wish to return.

We will respond within 24–48 hours with instructions on how to send the package back to us.

Once we receive the items and confirm they are in perfect condition, we will process the refund.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or there was an error in the order.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the error was on our part.

Refund Timeframe and Method
Refunds will be issued within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and verify the returned product.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or “last chance” items (clearly indicated in the product description)

  • Custom or made-to-order items
