Refund policy

At Perfect&Basic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may request the return of one or more items in accordance with the terms outlined below.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable European Union consumer protection laws, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving their order, without providing any reason.

Return Request Period

You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request the return of one or more items.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

Be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition in which they were received.
Have all original tags attached.
Be returned in their original packaging whenever possible.
Show no signs of wear, stains, odors, damage, or alterations.

Perfect&Basic reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please email us at contact@perfectandbasic.com and include:

Your order number.
The item(s) you wish to return.
The reason for the return (optional).

We will respond within approximately 24–48 business hours with instructions on how to proceed with the return.

The return address will be provided by email once the return request has been approved.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in the following cases:

The item received is defective.
The item received is incorrect.
The error was caused by Perfect&Basic.

In these cases, Perfect&Basic will cover all return shipping and replacement costs where applicable.

Refunds

Once the returned items have been received and inspected, and provided they meet the conditions outlined above, we will process the corresponding refund.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

The refund will be processed within approximately 5–10 business days after the return has been approved, although the exact timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Where a return is made within the statutory withdrawal period, we will refund the cost of the returned products as well as the standard delivery charges paid for the original order. Additional costs resulting from express or premium shipping methods selected by the customer are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Gift cards.
Personalized or made-to-order products.
Products clearly marked as final sale, clearance, or "Last Chance", where permitted by applicable law.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@perfectandbasic.com, including photographs showing the defect or damage.

We will assess each case individually and provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, repair, or full refund.
